Our Design Process

I ensure a smooth and professional process when creating your custom knitwear. Here’s how it works:

  • Initial Design
    After discussing your requirements, I create an initial design and share it with you in a JPG format for pre-approval.
  • Approval & Payment
    Once you approve the design, we proceed with payment. Payment can be made via the agreed method before moving forward.
  • Final Design Files
    After the payment is confirmed, I’ll provide the final design files. These will be shared via email or through a cloud drive link (Google Drive or other preferred platforms) in various formats:
    • PDS: For computer use to make further updates to the design.
    • HCD Files: For knitting machine specifications.
    • JPG Files: Shared for pre-approval and any final changes.
  • Delivery & Follow-Up
    Once all files are delivered, I remain available for any follow-up questions or adjustments. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I’m always here to ensure the final design is exactly what you envisioned.
